...re 3 day Per week as per HR Policy. But it may be 5 days as per Project Manager. Salary is good. Team Mates are good. Office Campus is good with greenery but it doesn't matter if there is no work life balance.

Dislikes

No Work Life Balance, Work Pressure, No Skills Development, No Working Time, I have done work for day and night and even on Saturday. Managers things about them they are the King of the Kingdom and are not supportive.

IN ALTRAN False commitments during recruitment in compensation. I dont know how you will be under altran management if you are working in own project but if you are deployed to other company as a vendor or resource, you won't get any proper communication for altran management. Each and everything you have to fight and struggle. My honest review, you wont get any proper professional responses even from Manager's and HR's..

...tive work place, job is secure for those who are getting billed by the client. if you are an experienced employee then only one should join this firm if they are expecting a good pay. During COVID-19 many engineers got fired from the company and the explanation was given as Business unit of the firm wasn't able to fetch the projects.

...as long as 12+ months and you may get fired depending on how company is doing. they'll pay you 15k and that is also being paid by GOVT of INDIA under NATS program (National Apprenticeship Training scheme). though they'll say they'll make you a regular employee but can't say how long one will remain as a trainee.

Great technical exposure to Cisco products and advanced troubleshooting. Good learning opportunities for freshers with supportive colleagues.

... manager lacked leadership skills, negatively impacting morale and productivity. Low compensation with minimal salary hikes. No MBBS doctors or essential medicines provided.

...ndia side for the work that I did in multiple projects but none from my manager. No salary adjustment as per the inflation no, No relocation allowance. They just come up with excuses everytime.
