...nder 15 days failing which they will terminate you abruptly on a Sunday evening. They won't even pay you !! 3)HR Divya - She is the worst of them all...She thinks herself no less than the Director of the company. Full of herself. Unprofessional, doesn't know how to communicate to fellow employees and fresh recruits. 4)Work life balance - The job demands engaging even after the work get over at 7pm at late nights and even on weekends. Moreover,If you don't bring atleast 3 sales in a week you will have to come on Saturdays as well till 5 pm.

Every thing was good even they do a lot for employees, I left that company in dec. by taking harsh decisions but now I realised that I was wrong. Definitely I will rejoin this company if I get chance

Job security, their was some politics they target few peoples and if you not able to perform 2 weeks you will receive PIP mail. With mention of end of services.

There’s nothing to like about this organisation. They are just bunch of idiots trying to earn their bread and butter by fooling working professionals of the industry.

Cheap Politics, the director himself doesn’t know how to lead his team. He doesn’t believes in clearing the dues of agencies/inner house trainers working for them on time. People have to run behind them for their own goddam money. If you are honest and have high morals this company is definitely not for you. People who have low ethics and can fool around anybody are appreciated there.
