...y in the company otherwise then will remove you anytime. So guys beware of this. Please don't just join this company by looking into the salary DXC offers. Otherwise you will definitely loose your job anytime. In this company removal of employee is top priority. It is not at all based on skill/knowledge, it is more about manager's requirement to remove employee to safe guard their job and their local people job.

This DXC company Management is only focusing on removal of employee. Management are completely incapable to get project. but they are very much interested to remove employee. Certain account like Bankingaccount , very worst situation for outsider those who are working hard like anything.

Salary is on time and permanent WFH. Work life balance is good. There are multiple projects for SAP. You will be recognized for your work done. You can upskill by L&D internally with Linkedin and Udemy.

Seniors are very helpful. Good work life balance. Can learn a lot as a fresher by completing courses from udemy and LinkedIn learning for free.

Less development project opportunities for freshers . Less salary and minimal hike.

Office politics If you are working as a junior level no one will listen to you management and HR will always listen to Operation level person. If you raise your voice for anything they will target you and make difficult you way to survive in the organisation and ask you to leave
