You'll enjoy your time at this company, specially the learning team. Deepak and Ozair are the core of the team and they know how to keep the team involved, engaged and satisfied. Abhishek is another great guy to work with, you'll get to learn so many things, he can give you a unique perspective on about almost anything.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
