...good learning about product but you might not be able to learn new technologies. Very small part of annual bonus is released which is 10% of basic and there are other unnecessary components which are also added in CTC.

Remote working policy is the best thing. Culture and work principles are good. Flexible working hours. Candidate screening is top notch along with good hiring process and interviews testing all aspects.

Dislikes

The salary and bonuses are not up to the mark. There are lot of unnecessary conditions/policies even on reimbursements that are part of salary structure. Appraisals are very poor. Less focus on retaining the employee's and more focus on hiring new employee's. Some products have outdated tech stack. Micro management in some products.
