Management is very poor , bus service is very poor , Overtime is less then petrol price per hours and snacks is also not good

Overtime is giving as per basic salary which is very less , also very necessary to give AC. buses ,

Top Management is supporting, Independent Working Environment, Love to work, Work Culture is good.

Dislikes

Inter Department work relation is not good, Compensation and benefits are in reducing trand, Promotion , Increment and Job level system is not clear.

My Company paid me 3 month salary while I'm stuck at home due to lockdown. And I am also not working from home. My father is in government job he is not get his salary due to covid-19. But my company paid like free salary to me. That is really great and unforgettable move from my UPL.

Every is good nothing is bad here. UPL is best place to work in india.

What I like best about my job is that primary responsibility involves interacting with employees on all different level of the organisation and across all functional areas.I also appreciate because I got the chance to work as a expat and travel abroad especially to Brazil. Another plus point is that got the opportunity to work with another colleagues who have a different cultural background and different language.

Dislikes

There is no job training in different work location, have a average salary if compare with market.

Office timing are flexible, salary on time.

Dislikes

Work from home only for favourite employees only. No bonus even after mentioned in CTC Company not giving hike and bonus by reason of loss and same time company started new company.
