Working in upgrad is like terrific . No job security no worthfull compensation , pathetic environment where managers used to abuse their executives and pressure like hell for work and even not giving week off s and asking to work 7 days a week and that too 14-15hrs per day

But what they do is pure scamming

The company is definitely very good over all as they are quite employee centric and has a very healthy environment. Supportive managers and peers until you are intentions towards the company is good. For someone who is not serious I would still say that the company will take care of you but only till a specific amount of time.
