Pay scale is decent but not that great but you won't get disappoint. Top management in tech are very nice they majorly knows the issues and where you are getting stucked and will help you to overcome the problem

Too much work load at times. business requirement sometime shatters the whole requirement and at the end we had to follow the all instructions

...hine. Bad Startup culture and i had worst experience in my career with upgrad. They can't treat you well, they can't pay you well

Pay scale is decent. I won't say the best, but you won't be disappointed. Top management is usually good for the Tech Team. They listen and they understand. They have been quite considerate during the bad times while we were working from home.

Dislikes

Too much work load at times. Ad Hoc business requirements shatters the quarterly plans at times. We are helpless and have to follow the instructions.

...g.no job security,no professional growth.Run their business by scamming people.The walpaper on employee screen says: sorry no gurantee to leaners , no gurantee to jobs, no gurantee to salary increments,No gurantee to loans .Misselling to learners violates our commitment integrity.It is illegal! But what they do is pure scamming

The company is definitely very good over all as they are quite employee centric and has a very healthy environment. Supportive managers and peers until you are intentions towards the company is good. For someone who is not serious I would still say that the company will take care of you but only till a specific amount of time.
