Well I would say it's the best edtech and if ur real looking for a good salary this is the best. But yeah week offs are a concern.

nothing there's nothing to like about upgrad, if your salary is 3lpa then your target will be 12 LPA per month now tell me how my salary is justifiable to my monthly target, avoid joining in Upgrad look for other companies like Unacademy, Scaler, etc.

...make their own rule like 3 hours of talk time and VC and all this type of shits. the package will be high but when you will receive the salary it will be less in amount. a new concept they have introduced that is work from hotel, if you have any problem at home they will not listen anything, you have to come to hotel and will have to do call and business whole day.

well, your life will be miserable day by day. your sleep will vanished, in your dreams you will have dreams where your managers would ask for business over there also. if you dont take business there will be no holyday. before joining those edtechs think 100 times.

Pathetic Management. Do not join this organisation if you want mental peace. Managers are toxic and terrible. They are like Thekedars who are greedy for sales and don’t know how yo behave with employees. No work life balance. You have to work extra hours and even on weekends. If sales not done they will insult you and treat you terribly and also ask to work on week offs. They don’t have leads at all. They just fool people and nothing else. Managers are pathetic and unprofessional
