Well team is decent and thing which i like most is their employee training program where it helps a lot to learn new technical things and skills growth. Work life balance is quite very good

I guess the growth in terms of salary is less compare to other company

But what they do is pure scamming

The company is definitely very good over all as they are quite employee centric and has a very healthy environment. Supportive managers and peers until you are intentions towards the company is good. For someone who is not serious I would still say that the company will take care of you but only till a specific amount of time.
