Pathetic Management. Do not join this organisation if you want mental peace. Managers are toxic and terrible. They are like Thekedars who are greedy for sales and don’t know how yo behave with employees. No work life balance. You have to work extra hours and even on weekends. If sales not done they will insult you and treat you terribly and also ask to work on week offs. They don’t have leads at all. They just fool people and nothing else. Managers are pathetic and unprofessional

I was really happy when I got selected because of the reputation of upgrad,but the work culture and company policies are really horrible and they say that u will have week off on sat & sun but unfortunately they won't even give single week off if u don't reach your target and the main thing is they treat u like animals when it comes to sale's target

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but it cost your mental health because of the work culture

I've almost 1yr of experience as an admission counsellor. As per my opinion don't put your heads in this, they don't consider employees as a human. 1. Work needs to start by 9 am and it will go up to 9.30 pm or more in some cases. 2. As per norms, 45mins lunch break is the only break, and that too in papers. 3. Monday is the only week off but as you can expect it is also in papers in some weeks. 4. Getting a leave is another hectic process and that too mostly in the HR docs or need to do compensatory work on Mondays. 5. Insurance is there but it only covers employee, spouse, and children. Parents are not included in that. 6. No Job security.

...e communicative abilities. Task timing is bit strict however overall it is good. While the PayScale here is good

Well the senior management needs to keep the certain KPIs for the behavioral of them. So they will come across through the toxic person

See if your really looking for a growth in a short term period I would recommend this company as it has a good work culture and a good salary of course, but you have to give ur best. Good luck

Well I would say it's the best edtech and if ur real looking for a good salary this is the best. But yeah week offs are a concern.
