Inbound sales activities are quite something less hectic than the direct sales. Well the pay and incentives are also good for this job as compare to other competitors

the call timing is something which annoys the mostly sometime it get tough to meet that call timing and sometime the working timing get extended than the usual

I don't know why the company hiring a high pay scale person if they do not have capability to pay after hire and giving you silly silly excuses while they are fyring you.
