...organization is good i would say. Everyone has their own perspective about that. But overall if you see it is quite good as compare to the competitor weither in terms of salary, incentive, other perks they always kept the employee first

The thing which i didn't is the late stay work in office and without any extra pay of that

It's a good place to work with monthly salaries on time, scope to educate yourself with their Bootcamps, a totally system driven company.

Few verticals are proceeding visionless. Very less focus on brand building as far as institutional partnerships are concerned.

nothing to say.No job security, you can be fired any time.Avoid it.Never join this company if you care about your career

...g.no job security,no professional growth.Run their business by scamming people.The walpaper on employee screen says: sorry no gurantee to leaners , no gurantee to jobs, no gurantee to salary increments,No gurantee to loans .Misselling to learners violates our commitment integrity.It is illegal! But what they do is pure scamming

The company is definitely very good over all as they are quite employee centric and has a very healthy environment. Supportive managers and peers until you are intentions towards the company is good. For someone who is not serious I would still say that the company will take care of you but only till a specific amount of time.
