Sales is bit hecitc honestly if we look. But paralley it is as good as other department in terms of employee training part, salary, incentives and other activities, Sales is always challenging so you have to cop up with that but many people join the organization by looking the salary but they cant cop up with the work it demands. So they cam out with harsh words and negative things without interospecting themselves.

Worklife balance is very less management need to look into that

iT is not that interesting job but yeah many things make it more interesting just like salary, incentives and training and even they provide laptops to the employee who stayed for more than a year

Best part of this company is the job security and the salary which is the best in the industry

There are lots of sales pressure and target achievement within the month at the end of the every month it creates a hectic and lots of pressure are there even on holiday we need to do work

Salary on time, there is work life balance if you manage your workload acc to that and complete the task many of them complain about it but instead of pointing company need to look into ourself

...need Business Analyst and they asked me to put down my paper without any reason. HR dpt is also useless from salary companents to exit formalities they all were not on same page, answered require many follow-ups which was really frustrating.
