It Hires 1st class passout candidate and place them in SEBI for one year contract basis but on good package with all govt holidays. Good experience working with SEBI on contract basis. One should join the company for growths purpose only.

In my view it is a worst company ever I found, the company executives doesn't stand for their employees in odd situations. They can demote you without inform you. The middle management doesn't respond back to your queries and not stands on commitment they made.

...Neither any training provided to the employees nor the work environment is good. Not any hike or bonus provides to the employees.

Salary is getting on timely on 1st day of every month

There is no cycle for Pramotion & appraisal. 80% seniors Position given only to South Indian. They have taken business on very lower rates & not able to fulfilled Client expectations. HR policy is very poor. Skill development is very poor.
