Not want to disclose the work culture. I had a very bitter bitter experience in UDS. Pls do not recommend this company and its treatment of staff to anyone. There is no job security there for anyone. The top top most level treats the higher level people to a very very pathetic level. Pls do not recommend this company to anyone.

My experience at UDS was extremely disappointing. Very bad culture. Always gives pressure to junior employees. Many old people are working in very comfortable zone .and because of them very difficult to survive in gurgaon branch. Such a bad culture and people. Think before once before joining UDS.

Unlikely unethical approach with employees. Management's approach is to get resignations from employee by giving them extra load where employee doesn't get any appreciation or benefits not even handsome appraisal which in result comes into forced resignation which is unethical and employee is free to file complaint against company but doesn't file all because for future job securities.
