... were very poor. The employees were not skilled and the number was not adequate. Compensation was poor. There was no motivation. Always burden of stress, insecurity and scolding by the client was experienced.

Salary is getting on timely on 1st day of every month

There is no cycle for Pramotion & appraisal. 80% seniors Position given only to South Indian. They have taken business on very lower rates & not able to fulfilled Client expectations. HR policy is very poor. Skill development is very poor.
