Teammates are very good but all are not so much educated as required for this field,career growth is very slow,salary is also very low,working environment was good,work life balanced.There is no any travel required you work at one place.

... educated person hired by the company,most of them have not passed high school.Salary increments was also very low even if the person is doing more than his ability.

I work from UDS as Manager Horticulture at World Tallest statue Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Statue of Unity, kevadiy, Dist-Narmada. Company not supported to employees everytime blame on us due to client, L&T not devloped that site betterly and they blame on UDS. No one apply their, it's impossible for everyone to work their for long time due harrestment from client.

Dislikes

Company not supported to employees due to very high pressure from client. Even I am not getting my diwali bonus from UDS, I am very upsating calling so many times to Pankaj Jha sir and also Project head Rajesh Vichare sir but no one supported and not give any kind of attention on us

Bit of politics and slow growth in terms of title and salary.

...ry opportunity to given it's single place to learn of all kind of work activity. In salary part very good end of the month they are credit salary.but appraisal only start to delay also they are providing every year appraisal overall view is very good organization.

Here the growth is very slow from senior employee we see that dominated activity

Freedom is there.. Feeling spacious while working.. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets high-quality.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.. I feel at times too much stressed up... For pending etc..
