There is nothing good to like in UDS

There work culture ,they do not give any proper handover ,induction to new employee later on after completion of 7 days in company they start blaming the employee, salary they do not pay at right time to the site employees and branch employees gets their salaries on 1st of every month.Ill treating employees even though they calls employees from outer states and puts them in trouble by making false commitments.Makikg false commitment for paying travelling allowances for site visit but they pay very rarely, entire organisation is full of fake and fraud people specially in pune region.GM ,DGM doesn't do their work and entire branch people are very sloppy site staffs are suffering for this kind activities of branch office people ,hr is also inactive kind of. If any one face any issue and inform seniors their answer is it is your problem manage any how or leave the job,and if the employee escalate the same to more higher management then the employees are asked to submit resignation,no employee safety, working the organisation almost 1 and half month not yet received identity card ,no mediclaim Provided yet .Over all the behavior of senior management is very pathetic, non supportive and non cooperative too.They does lots of nepotism with their own local people and treats outsiders like animals.The name of this organisation may be very big but from inside it is a company with fake people and fake commitments.

No professional handling & No Frequency in campus hiring. UDS has no idea what to do with newly hired campus Guys. Because of that, some Managers are not able to handle campus hired guys. Reporting bad to management. Anyway we will have such useless guys ignore them and start to come up and prove them.

...n dodging. Poor Management. Bad roads, Reputation in campus hiring is very poor. Only two good thing u can learn in hot seat & get timely salary. Person who wants to start the career this is not the correct place. For married man u can choose UDS for work life balance . Anyway All the best.

Bit of politics and slow growth in terms of title and salary.

...ry opportunity to given it's single place to learn of all kind of work activity. In salary part very good end of the month they are credit salary.but appraisal only start to delay also they are providing every year appraisal overall view is very good organization.

Here the growth is very slow from senior employee we see that dominated activity

Freedom is there.. Feeling spacious while working.. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets high-quality.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.. I feel at times too much stressed up... For pending etc..
