Teammates are very good but all are not so much educated as required for this field,career growth is very slow,salary is also very low,working environment was good,work life balanced.There is no any travel required you work at one place.

... educated person hired by the company,most of them have not passed high school.Salary increments was also very low even if the person is doing more than his ability.

...benefit of ESI. They monthly take 180 for that but we don't noo how to use that. The main point is tell now we're getting below salary comparing to other companies.

There is no cycle for Pramotion & appraisal. 80% seniors Position given only to South Indian. They have taken business on very lower rates & not able to fulfilled Client expectations. HR policy is very poor. Skill development is very poor.
