There is no cycle for Pramotion & appraisal. 80% seniors Position given only to South Indian. They have taken business on very lower rates & not able to fulfilled Client expectations. HR policy is very poor. Skill development is very poor.

Freedom is there.. Feeling spacious while working.. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets high-quality.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.. I feel at times too much stressed up... For pending etc..

It Hires 1st class passout candidate and place them in SEBI for one year contract basis but on good package with all govt holidays. Good experience working with SEBI on contract basis. One should join the company for growths purpose only.

One year contract depending on the departmental needs.
