...f in their parties or games even if you are good at work. There's no discipline. Some employees are pressured to come at time or they have to pay fine and some employees can just wfh without proper explanation. You can clearly notice the difference in treatment and this only grows with time.

Micro management though they say no micromanagement in the team ,salary on time sometimes before time

A boss who works like a dictator and a narcissist and makes you feel that you are not fit for the role

Very bad management inside the company especially related to miscommunication and misguide.They are not on their own words. After achieving their own target they treated employees as a useless and force them to take medical leaves as a reason for resign. This is for BDE.

1.Only focus on sales 2.No room for proper services 3.Product improvement chances are less 4.For every bad sales,after sales issue only salesperson is held responsible 5.Managers don't come out of their comfort zone to go along with field sales guys
