Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I have joined as an intern, at starting all well they said to do 40 to 50 calls every day but after 3 days they increased that to 80 calls the work pressure is too high I need to mention one maneger name she don't know how to speak with the team members her name is Ajasta matey she is very rude.

They don't value hard work and efforts. After toiling for so many months. I just got a certificate and no stipend which was mentioned initially. So, if you are someone looking for money for your efforts, do not even think of joining this
