Nothing to like here but salary is quite good from other company’s if you negotiate Salary On Time No issue with Time Management Will Give you one Client to work

There are lots of cons Poor Management Company Politics Internal Conflicts Every Week Ceo/Md calls irritating (for few client) Ask to work on weekends No leaves Need to work extra time Poor Manager Poor Hr Poor Environment Poor Company Structure No events party or anything

Work and client are really good but client also give so much pressure to finish the task on time even need to work on all weekends Some policies are really bad Notice period is 60 days and full and final will come after 60 days But they don't release last 2 salaries on time - it may take months or more

Dislikes

Management are selfish and they never think about employees Even there is a investment but no one care for employees If you have a offer from unotech please think twice before choose Do not take offer with variables - they will never you variables
