It has been such a pleasure to serve Minda Industries Ltd. (Parts & Services Division). Almost 2.1years ago, I had joined as growth officer in this company with the specific set of Organisational, Professional and Personal goals. I must say that without the trust of my Seniors and support of my Colleagues these goals wouldn’t have taken a reality.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Nothing is good about this company.

...nual Working. Far behind in technical aspect. Overtime working without benefits. Poor Salary and no appraisal. Kicks people out for keeping their view points. 6 days working without any work from home.

- Safety Standards Followed inside Plant. - Salary always received on time.

Dislikes

- Lower chances of promotion / growth. - Lots of Work Responsibility other than allotted department. - Lower chances of skills growth. - Managers don't want to promote their team members. Neither appreciate their achievements infront of the Senior Management.

OBT ( Organisations Business transfers) launches due to which new designations added in between by which most the employees got demoted as a new designation introduced between earlier 2 as 1. Senior deputy manager then deputy manager then manager 2. Officer and Senior officer

Japanese left the plant so its still good looking but as indian culture starts to grow it create havoc ,never join the plant to think you can stay long here ,

breakdown too much overtime less leaves 6 day working avg salary anyone gets fired even my mentor(operational head)
