Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address issue salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign on the jop training is not given to new joinees

...3 years then only they will promote to company role based on your performance. Basic Salary is 7100 rupees only and compulsory OT to do 12 hrs, Also increment very less maximum 1500 rupees only for company role employees. No Bonus
