For freshers it's good... If they work here, they can survive any company....

1. Not approachable environment 2. No good compensation ( not following market standard, they will utilize your situation even 13years person will get 5 year salary) 3. Uno Minda is a great Organisation but it thrives for work culture

Dislikes

...ES BOSS pupil to work under them. If any one asks he'll be shifted to diff dept. No Vehicle arrangement: Everyone needs to come to company on time or salary will be deducted. But no Travelling arrangements provided for Intercity(Inside Pune) One bus kept for Name Sake.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
