Multiple switches from one project to other, salary deductions, No apprisal from last year

forcefully they resign their employees before notice period. No any plans of team outing, costly transportation.

I am feeling more proud that I am the part and doing work in minda group, company medical policies is also good and benifited for all workers. Good Work culture . And no any risk for job security .

...ower shortage is more and old and experience manpower also left the company, Compensation is decent and growth is slow.
