The job security is safe, supportive and very motivatived. It's very professional way of approach from top to bottom level of employees, easy to approach to the management. One of the best policy in the aftermarket and it's a bench mark for others.

For freshers it's good... If they work here, they can survive any company....

1. Not approachable environment 2. No good compensation ( not following market standard, they will utilize your situation even 13years person will get 5 year salary) 3. - Lower chances of promotion / growth. - Lots of Work Responsibility other than allotted department. - Lower chances of skills growth. - Managers don't want to promote their team members. Neither appreciate their achievements infront of the Senior Management.
