...nual Working. Far behind in technical aspect. Overtime working without benefits. Poor Salary and no appraisal. Kicks people out for keeping their view points. 6 days working without any work from home.

For freshers it's good... If they work here, they can survive any company....

1. Not approachable environment 2. No good compensation ( not following market standard, they will utilize your situation even 13years person will get 5 year salary) 3.
