Just a satisfaction that we'll be part of social activities which helps for growth of underprivileged people.

Dislikes

The company culture, there is no job garrentied, no work life balance, more pressure on its employees & mainly the volunteers who comes rarely but put their intentions & pressure on employees how ever they like. Even the manager's will be helpless in this situation.
