university is good but no salary slip not given contract worker i am suffering for applying home loans all nationalised banks not sactioned for home loans beacuse salary slip not thare

Good work environment and culture.company policies are good, office timeings is good and they will give government festival holidays.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow they will not hike salary.

There is a wide scope to carry out individual research and transfer the technology to farmers. Senior scientist provide all type of support to conduct research. As we work in agriculture research It gives lot of job satisfaction.

Job security is not their we are working in contractual mode.

The university is giving so many types of jobs opportunity to the graduate holder and job training aslo available in UAHS campus. The work environment is soo good but traveling facility is not available from university but ksrtc bus convention are good, we are happily working in this environment, salary depends on state government basic salary, they are hiring for 179 day's after 179 day's doing renewal to same pots.

Dislikes

University is newly established first this university one of the station ahead of gkvk, Bangalore, recruitment process is slowly, am not satisfied this salary.
