My teammate is the best supportive team i have ever met. The company conduct periodic training for newly joinees and others to build up their career education. There is growth in usgic for performers. We will be equally awarded and rewarded based upon the performace.

Pay scale could haveen better for off rolls

...one month later senior management used to call will fire you, will give lwp etc. You cannot expect anything rather than salary on time. No notice period negotiable policy. Very poor work life balance.

I have learnt a lot in USGI like skill development, good environment to work, supportive mangement .

There is a lot of politics from last 1 year and management doesn't address our issue, salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Horrible culture. Compensation is horrible. Not enough growth to learn. No new activities. The CIO has zero leadership quality. Unethical behaviour, only think abt himselves no team meeting with any team members during lockdown. Not a great company to look at.
