Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Salary was stable every months on same day, so we can live

Dislikes

no organization in development life-cycle at all, no testing in most of requests for fixing live bugs, no one of the employees starting from the management to the senior and mid-junior level studied IT or CS. The manager was very complex and don't listen to any suggestion, work a developer by himself instead of giving work to the team in an organized steps, any issue arise, he send that the cause was one the team member to the CEO which don't know anything about IT or CS. very losers
