Technological exposure is well their for gas plant Operation/Maint./Design engineers but Company culture is worst even they fire employees any moment and not clear their dues, No salary slips, no proper records, salary stacked 2,3 months is very common, no policies, no rules, only depends on the owners mood, every month they spoil the carrier of good professionals. They hired matric failed candidates as engineer and treat same as the qualified one. Never recommend any body because they stopped the salary every month of so many employees. Completely Unprofessional Company.

Completely Unprofessional Company. They cheat everyone customers as well as their employees. They Send You Out Of India and give no expenses and Leave everything on clients. One Engineer Got hospitalized due to hunger in Phillipins..

Good Global Business, One man army can work better here, Normal employee can't exist for long, Unstructured and Unorganized, No management policy, Every thing runs as last hour rush. everything stuck because of approval issue from owner, Bouncer are the the manager here.

Company has good global exposure because of export business, Good opportunity to Learn the name of Countries sea ports around the world. Politics cant exist here because no body exist here for long term. those who exist has no time to sleep. no innovation.

All employees like peon to manager are reporting to a single person, No hierarchy, No department(only IT), You could be fired any moment after a planned scene, every month getting salary is like getting a ticket to moon, no role everyone is responsible for everything. One Man Decision, Keep your ideas and skills apart at home. Rough environment , Everyone is afraid like students in school by principal.
