Its been over 6 years that i am working with Univariety, The journey so far is incredible. I had lot of memeories with my present and ex-employees here. There is a good work-life balance and the support from my manager and management is always encouraging. Work here is always interesting and challenging every month.

I worked at Univariety for 8 Years. You lean a lot from the CEO. A vibrant Culture and helpful Colleagues. Parties, games and Outing. Lot of Employees came back after leaving. Definitely in the future look forward to join back. Organization is doing great Business in the UCLA Ext Career Counselling Course, Alumni Guidance and Career Guidance. 1. No defined KRA's. KRA will change every month. 2. Will ashame you if you take leaves entitled to you. 3. Zero work life balance 4. Will ask to work on weeknds too, 5. Micromanagement by Higher administration 6. Bad politics 7. Very low increments
