Monday to Friday work culture was only good thing

Dislikes

No proper system in the company....there are people in management keep being nosy in everywhere, while hiring time they will promise you one thing & then they can play with your candidature in their own way.....Won't recommend to join.

Hi team mates! Mr Aditya Agarwal was a good person as my reporting manager. Enough capable to understand situation.

Dislikes

Too much family oriented business. Everyone of his family becomes "Bossy ".Mukul Agarwal too much destructive , always play annoying character whenever he used to visit. Not so much pro to be a ideal leader. Don't know how to talk with Others. * apart from especially one, so called Project Manager*.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
