Job security is one of feather in the crown..which is very rare. Company did not fired anyone in the pandemic, infact for 1 one year there a time we were given salary without working.

It is good company to work for freshers.

The only plus point i see is the colleagues are very good and which is the only thing a person can work in Unitedlex for a shot period not for a long time.

Dislikes

Compensation is very low, also the growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, we have to work straight in a day for 14-16 hours. Senior level management do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why mostly no one come forward with new suggestions. Your work here is not appreciated and the appraisals are also the worst as compared to the market standards. No new opportunities are provided to the person who wants to learn. Company policies are rigid and you are not supposed to get any exceptions during an emergency. I would not recommend this to work for a long time.

As of now no likes, I wish this company does something apart from paying it's employees timely to keep them happy or like them.

...islike about this company, actually there is nothing to like about this company. There is no job security, there is less pay, I don't know why people now are even coming to this company to waste their valuable time, and even their self confidence. First of all they'll fire you, again call you, assure you that now you won't be fired and again fire that bunch of employees only whom they've been firing since years now. Even if those employees are working hard to prove themselves, there is no mercy. I wish this useless company gets shut down and gets no more projects anymore. I really wish. Useless company.

Some of the colleagues are very helpful, including a few of the Managers. A person who does not wants more challenges in work and similar work profile, Unitedlex is good for them. Freshers are hired as FTH, which is converted on performance basis after 6 months to a permanent role. Work life balance is mostly maintained, unless there is requirement of project to work till late hours. Cab facility is provided without any additional charges Unitedlex retained employees as long as it could have during the tough time of pandemic even when projects were not much in 2020 because of pandemic situation.

...ent will not accept “no” without knowing the exact reason for requests. • Salary is very low as per the market and increments are almost negligible. (Upto 10%) • Though some of the Managers are helpful but a few are rude, and sometimes shouts arrogantly on employees some of them have bad communication and leadership skills, and promotion are sometimes done on the basis of favouritism rather than talents. • Some of the TL needs to get training on the project prior to the start of the project. • Micro management is done.

They are proactive n creat backup plans fast and easy way.. Job security is high.

Dislikes

Lesser salary, Eyes at great risk as continues seeing of screen for at least 9 hrs., Unnecessary stretch.... It is said stretch is optional but reality is they provide you mail where they give you option with time you have to stretch or not., but wait you cannot opt no. As team leads will not let you do so. This is how company protects themselves from not getting into trouble, as for proof they have a written doc email where employee willfully opted yes for stretch. Stretch time goes till 10 P. M. Or beyond.
