The management is terrible no one is bothered about what one is trying to say or explain about themselves. People hardly are bothered about how burdened you are feeling. I as an individual felt unheard. The HR is least bothered or doesn’t even care to listen to you in fact they shout and yell on the employee.

Good work life balance though depends from project to project

Very less salary as compared to market standards no salary correction for old employees or if very less in numbers most of dev work will be UK or US shift timing

United Health Group is a good brand to work with. There is work life balance in this company.

...ing on the basis of relations with their bosses. No career growth for employees. Company only focusing on cost cutting.

The company provides excellent learning opportunities, have lots of courses and scope of learning. You will get to work with multiple teams and get more insights.

The salary increments are not very great and sometimes even biased too.

Employees engagement events are awesome but company reduce other activities due to cost saving.

Dislikes

Political culture, salary, cost cutting, No promotions and hike for hard working employees. You only promoted if you are fav employee and only favourite employees get promoted and get good salary hike.
