I love to work in UHG....appraisals and hike, bonus are very good, it's like fun at work, supportive management and good working environment , I worked both Hyderabad OPTUM and Bangalore XLhealth locations.

Employees engagement events are awesome but company reduce other activities due to cost saving.

Dislikes

Political culture, salary, cost cutting, No promotions and hike for hard working employees. You only promoted if you are fav employee and only favourite employees get promoted and get good salary hike.

Good Atmosphere, and good perks and benefits is given to the employee...

Promotions will not get.. and also salary hike is very low... When company recruiting outside employees giving high salary... But people who already working in the company getting very very low increment...

Coming salary part every year hike as per the performance they will provide which good change for the employee to show the skills Job security is there , cab facility, Minimum Insurance for employees family, Team outing

Growth and compensation both are slow and less. Work pressure as per my profile is high which I will delivered on time with quality. But still the benefits and appraisal that I deserved i don’t get them.
