Dislikes

Political culture, salary, cost cutting, No promotions and hike for hard working employees. You only promoted if you are fav employee and only favourite employees get promoted and get good salary hike.

Good Atmosphere, and good perks and benefits is given to the employee...

Promotions will not get.. and also salary hike is very low... When company recruiting outside employees giving high salary... But people who already working in the company getting very very low increment...

Coming salary part every year hike as per the performance they will provide which good change for the employee to show the skills Job security is there , cab facility, Minimum Insurance for employees family, Team outing

During this lockdown my company supporting me exceptionally well and good.

Dislikes

Growth and compensation both are slow and less. Work pressure as per my profile is high which I will delivered on time with quality. But still the benefits and appraisal that I deserved i don’t get them.

the circumstance was good. training was good.used to get salary on the time.but the politics was in the company.

politics. used to do contract people if they like the people though the performance was not up to the mark.
