Less pay and benefits, Huge compensation disparity (person with 1 year of exp. can have the same salary as another one is getting at 11 years of experience for same role/responsibilities). Difficult to get promotion. Promotion only happens if you put down your resignation or if you're favourite of some leadership personal.

...ood, but little politicise there if you don't have good bond with higher people. The Management is purely Indian culture and everything is negotiable and finally we will get here less satisfaction in hike or awards or compensation and more variable pay here. That's not good all the time. There is less than chance to get full Variable Pay or more. So we can say its more Service Base Company than a Product Base Company. But Policies are very good here. Lots of Leaves and Insurance Policies are also good and other Team Outing/lunch is there.

Politicise at each level like Hike, Awards, Appraisals, Compensation, Variable Pay and people getting dissatisfaction for this. Teammates, Training, job security, career Growth, learning, work environment, innovation, work life balance are good. Only dis-statifaction will come at Compensation and appraisals and Rewards and get very minimal variable pay in return, not even upto 70-80%.

Very good scope for innovation and learning. Global rotation available to visit onshore. Good work life balance, flexible timings, less meetings as they prefer colocation, work from home at will. Most for the people are cool, no politics.
