Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. There are very less to choose from. I just liked General manager of the company. He has always guided me to grow big.

Dislikes

Top management is very very poor. They are not ethical. They don't think about employees. One small example is paying during lockdown. Inspite of doing work in lockdown from home they have not paid any salary and also owner is very very arrogant and don't treat employees properly.Think not twice but many times before joining. I strongly recommende not to join this company.
