Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

There are very less to choose from. I just liked General manager of the company. He has always guided me to grow big.

Dislikes

Top management is very very poor. They are not ethical. They don't think about employees. One small example is paying during lockdown. Inspite of doing work in lockdown from home they have not paid any salary and also owner is very very arrogant and don't treat employees properly.Think not twice but many times before joining. I strongly recommende not to join this company.
