There is no job security, no increments, and no timely salary. Every month, when the salary date comes, there are system issues, which is the reason they always give.

Company is doing work for Health System strengthing but not doing our employees specially VCCM post. No increment from last 4 year No bonus, No extra health insurance.... Nothing to growth.

About my VCCM Post no salary increment from last four year I am working in same salary UNDP is not serious about the same.

Company is offering best package for the fresher's. I loved working under their guidance, I have learned and developed my working skills a lot. UNDP creates best platform to move our next step in our life. I am proud to be the part of this team.

I am working since 2.3 years with UNDP it is excellent organisation, UNDP always encourage employees safety and they have provided protection equipment like face masks and sanitisers in this covid19 pandemic situation.

All is good but for my position there is no yearly hike in salary.
