Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

They extort money of a certain amount which is non-refundable. No manager would tell me to pay a certain amount while applying for a job. They don't let you go until you pay the money. They could be extorting more money from you by you giving your bank details on their work interphase. They invade your privacy by asking for your Aadhaar details. The receipts for payment do not have the GST-id printed on them. I was told that while booking flight tickets the deposit would be reimbursed. Even after booking flight tickets nowhere did I see that. So, from these statements I can conclude that United Capital Club is a fake and fraudulent company.

I don't like anything in Ucc..worst place ever I have worked

They will trap u.. all are lier They will not give u salary u can earn money through commission on per person U have to pay Rs.1000 for registration ..after that u have to chose one plan..and u have to pay for that ..it's like channelise system
