1. No growth 2. Though a mid size company its runs as if sole proprietorship 3. Salaries are never on time 4. Festival holidays are taken as comp off with Saturdays 5. Feels like a kindergarten kid, once you enter office wont be able to leave until bell rings 6. CFO has some concerns with the CS and legal people, no CS is able to continue for more than 6 months 7. 2nd and 4th Saturday off 8. Consultants run the show fully ie Consultant will be preferred than an employee

HO in Andheri is very nice and clean. Peoples are much supportive.

Dislikes

1) Terrible management. Whole decisions taken by MD himself or his daughter. 2) Hierarchy doesn't matter. Everyone follows decision of MD. 3) No Job security. You will work in mental pressure that next moment you will get fired for some silly mistakes. 4) They treating employees like slave

Nothing to like about the company just one suggestion dont join it ignore of possible

They treat their employees as a slave no job security poor management. Hitler was better then the management the company is that worse

Director & her daughter are good they thing about people but the middle management always sucks.

Lots of unethical things happens here, Lots of drama & zero tolerance if you bring a problem and asking for solution. Just never say it again it is what it is. Highly not recommended.
