Worst company ever HR , senior admin and owner everyone is disgusting they have no manners how to talk. Don't waste your time with unisoft technologies. No growth. 4 saal kam karne par bhi salary 10 k se uppar nai badhati chutti kya le liye paise cut karti hai.

Work environment is good but for Carrie growth you have to move up and the environment Is awesome for startup guys you can learn many things for Unisoft which will make your much better for futhure

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
