No support when u want to go vacation No support to transfer to other sponsor No transparency in purchase order if working in 70/30 job No salary increase if u get promote It’s a man power supply company And lastly no salary or 30% salary if u are standby.means no work no Pay

U will not get vacationuntil replacement comes and if u want quit job they will not allow n deduct lot money and u have to loose 4 to 5 months salary....then u can escape ha ha ha all man power supply company s like this in saudi

supply company.if you are standby then they will give u 30% of ur basic salary.this is worst.we come to earn money if company dont have job better to give exit.they will keep u standby for months even 5-6 months.will keep saying job will come . if u fail any interview with there cleint then they will black mail u .they will issue notice saying next time if u fail we will reduce salary.bla bla if ur joining this third class company then u will be struck for 3 years.

...very well mannered professionalism. An unmatching company culture is provided. UNISIS stood with outstanding strategies of Salary Disbursements to its employees on time with out any second comment. I understood the value of UNISIS and Magnanimity of Mr.Raju Kurien after leaving them on half a way for economical benefits. UNISIS is providing best job security to its employees. Mr.Raju Kurien saved several lifes .

Salary on time, not even a single day delay. Even though they are supply company, their contracts are with leading consultancy and you will be supplied to those companies for working in the management team. Can make lot of contacts in large companies.

Dislikes

Very hard to get out of the company, Going on exit and coming back to the same place in another company will be a great headache. Will not give exit easily.
