Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I had a good learning experience, being a fresher there I improved technical knowledge, developed professionalism and the off sight inspection experience.

Dislikes

I didn't much of team effort with meeting held. There was no seperate training for freshers. I didn't find any issue with job security, career growth is slow and satable after certain point, Hike in salary should not be an expectation here. Travel allowance for daily is given but the inspection visit allowance is not always paid, work environment is not satisfactory, innovative ideas are not much appreciated and exposed. Work life balance is the worst as always it is hectic and chaos and lacks motivation.
